Your small business shouldn't have an IT problem.
You didn't start a company to reset routers and chase pop-ups. We handle the technology: the network, the backups, the machine that stopped working this morning. You go back to the part you actually do.
Fifteen Google reviews, every one five stars. Rates published below — no quote form and no discovery call to find out what an hour costs.
For businesses
Someone to own your IT
Ongoing support for a business that has no IT person and doesn't want to hire one. Networks, security, backups, and the day-to-day breakage.

A computer that needs fixing
One slow laptop, one bad pop-up problem, one drive that won't mount. No contract, no retainer. Just the machine in front of you.
See what it costs
Three ways to get it fixed.
Which one depends on whether the problem needs hands on the hardware.
-
01We come to you
On-site at your office, billed by the hour.
-
02We collect it
Flat-rate pickup, and it comes back working.
-
03We fix it remotely
Over AnyDesk, when nobody needs to touch the hardware. You start the session and you can end it.
What we handle.
Laptop & Desktop Repair
Bring it to us, or we come to you.
Virus & Spyware Removal
Slowed to a crawl, or buried in pop-ups and unwanted ads.
Data Recovery & Backup
Get what was lost back, and a plan so it doesn't happen twice.
Network Design
A network built so your people can actually work together.
Cloud Services
Which cloud services fit your business, and which are noise.
Cyber Security
Find the gaps in how your business handles its information.
The part people find out too late.
A failing drive warns you first.
- It gets slow.
- It makes a noise.
- A file that was there yesterday isn't.
Restarting it a few more times to see if it fixes itself is what turns a drive you could have recovered into one you can't.
A backup nobody has checked isn't a backup.
You usually find out yours was never running on the day you need it, which is the worst possible day to find out.

What customers say.
Every review Streamline Technology Services has on Google is a five-star one. The same three things come up again and again: fair prices, being trusted with the machine, and patience with people who aren't technical.

I have trusted David to remotely take care of my personal laptop. I know it is hard to give someone that kind of control, but I had no worries at all with David.
The absolute best and always a pleasure, as well as very fairly priced. David has always responded and fixed any and all problems we've ever had very promptly. So thankful to have him to turn to when in need or battling my PC.
David is priced very reasonably and extremely helpful. We have had major virus issues which he has patiently resolved. When I'm "challenged" with computer know how he has always been patient and calm. We have used in home services and remote with great results. Thank you David. Barbara Murack
Common questions
The things people ask on the phone before agreeing to anything.
- How much does computer repair cost in Las Vegas?
- Streamline Technology Services publishes three rates: $50 an hour for on-site work, $60 flat rate to collect the machine and bring it back, and $12.50 per fifteen minutes for remote support. Those cover labour. Parts are separate and are agreed with you before anything is ordered.
- Do you come to me, or do I bring the computer to you?
- Either, and there is a third option. On-site means we come to your business or home, which is required for anything involving the building itself, such as wiring or wifi coverage. Pickup means we collect the machine and return it. Remote means a screen share, for anything that does not need hands on hardware.
- Which areas do you cover?
- On-site and pickup across Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and Boulder City. Remote support works anywhere, so if the problem lives in software rather than hardware, distance is not a factor. If you are not sure whether you are inside the area, call and ask rather than guessing from a map.
- Do you work with businesses, or home computers too?
- Both. Small businesses with no in-house IT person are the main work, and households with a single computer that has stopped working are handled at the same published rates. You are not quoted differently for being one or the other.
- Do I need a contract?
- Not for repair work. A job is described on the phone, priced against one of the three published rates, and agreed before it starts. There is no retainer to sign and no minimum term to commit to before somebody will look at your machine.
- How do I pay?
- Cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Zelle or Venmo. Nothing needs setting up in advance, and payment is due when the work is finished unless something else is agreed with you. Parts are the one thing that sits outside the rate, and they are priced and agreed with you before anything is ordered.
