One form. Nothing else.
This website has a contact form, and that is the only thing on it that collects anything. No accounts, no newsletter, no analytics, no advertising. What follows is what happens to what you send, what you tell us on the phone, and your data on a machine we are working on.
The short version
This website has one form. Fill it in and we get your name, your phone number, your email address and whatever you type in the box describing the problem. Nothing else on the site collects anything: no accounts, no newsletter, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies of our own. If you call instead, we know what you tell us on the phone. That is the whole of it.

1. What this website collects
One form, which appears on the home page, the contact page, the pricing page, the computer repair page and the remote support page. It is the same form in all five places. It asks for your first and last name, your phone number, your email address, and a box headed "How can we help?" for describing the problem. That last one is optional and you can send the form without it. That is every field on it.
You choose whether to fill it in. Nothing on this site is gated behind it, no page requires it, and the phone number works just as well.
Beyond that form the site collects nothing you type. There is no account to create, no newsletter to join and no login. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking software. Nobody is being profiled here, because there is nothing running that could do it.
Our hosting provider records standard server information when a page is requested. Nearly every website does this. That is limited to technical data such as the requesting IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. It is used to serve the site and keep it secure, and it is not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.

2. What happens to what you send
The form is provided by GoHighLevel, the customer management system this business runs on. When you submit it, your details go into that system as a record of your enquiry, and we are notified so somebody can get back to you.
GoHighLevel holds that information on our behalf and under our instructions. They are not free to use it for their own purposes, and they are not another business we have handed your details to. Because the form itself is loaded from their servers, submitting it also involves them technically as well as contractually.
What we do with it is answer you. It exists so we can call you back, understand the problem before arriving, and quote the work. It is not sold, rented, traded or handed to anyone for marketing, and filling in the form does not put you on a mailing list.

3. What you tell us when you call
If you call rather than write, we will normally learn your name, your phone number, the problem you are having and, if we are coming to you or collecting a machine, an address.
That information exists so we can do the work you asked for and bill you for it. It is not sold, rented, traded or handed to anyone for marketing, and we do not add callers to a mailing list.

4. Text messages
The form has two tick boxes about text messages. Both start unticked, and you decide about each one separately. Neither is required to send the form, and neither is a condition of getting work done.
The first is about your job: confirming an appointment, telling you a technician is on the way, updating you on a repair, sending a quote or an invoice. The second is about marketing — occasional offers, service reminders and IT tips. Ticking one does not tick the other, and you can tick neither and still send the form.
For either, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and HELP for assistance. You can also just call and say so.
Opting out of marketing messages does not stop us contacting you about a job you have asked us to do, and it has no effect on the work or what it costs.
Your phone number is not shared with anyone for their own marketing, and it is not sold. Carriers and messaging providers handle the messages in order to deliver them, which is the only reason they see anything.

5. Your data on a machine we work on
Repair, data recovery and remote support all involve access to your device. That device may hold personal, financial or business information. This is the part of this policy that actually matters.
We look at what is necessary to diagnose and fix the problem you described, and no further. We do not copy your files for our own purposes. Where a job requires making a backup before work starts, that copy exists for the job and is removed once the work is complete and you have confirmed the result.
Remote support only runs while you are present. You install the software, you provide a session code that changes each time, and you can end the session at any point. No standing access to your machine is retained afterwards.
-
7. How long it is kept
Job and billing records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes, and then disposed of.
Working copies of your data taken during a job are removed once the job is finished. If you want a record of your work with us deleted sooner than the retention period allows, call and ask, and we will tell you plainly what can be removed and what has to be kept.

8. How it is protected
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. That covers loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and it is consistent with our obligations under Nevada law.
No specific technology is claimed here on purpose. A privacy policy that lists security products is describing a setup that changes. The claim outlives the configuration.

9. Your rights under Nevada law
Nevada law gives you a right worth knowing about. Under NRS Chapter 603A, you can tell a website operator not to sell certain information it has collected about you.
We do not sell that information, and we have never done so. If you would like to submit a verified request regarding the sale of your information, or ask what we hold about you, call the number on this site and say so.
This site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because it does not track you across websites in the first place and there is nothing for the signal to switch off. We run no advertising, retargeting or analytics technology of any kind.
One piece of honesty about the form. It is loaded from our customer management provider rather than served by this site, so your browser does contact them when a page carrying the form loads, and they can see the ordinary technical details any web request carries. That is how an embedded form works. We do not use it to follow you anywhere, and nothing about it is set up to build a profile of you or to advertise to you.

10. If you are a California resident
We are a Nevada business serving the Las Vegas valley, and we do not meet the thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act apply to us. The rights it grants are noted here anyway, because visitors arrive from California and the answer should not depend on where you happen to be sitting.
We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms. This site runs no advertising or retargeting technology that could make us do so by accident. If you are a California resident and want to exercise a right to know, delete or correct, call and ask. We will not treat you differently for asking.

11. Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, call us and we will remove it.
-
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Where a change materially affects how information is handled, the change will be described here rather than quietly substituted.
-
13. How to reach us about this
Questions about this policy, requests about your information, and anything else covered above all go to the same place: the phone number published on this site. It is answered by the person who does the work, not a queue.
This policy describes how this business handles information. It is written plainly rather than defensively, which means it says less than a longer policy would, not more.
