Contact

One number, answered by the person who does the work.

Call, describe the problem, and you will be told whether it is a remote job, an on-site job, or something we shouldn't take on at all. If it's easier to type it than to say it, there's a form further down. Either way the consult costs nothing.

Payment

Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Zelle or Venmo. Nothing to set up in advance.

Worth having ready before you dial.

None of it is required. It just makes the difference between a two-minute call and a ten-minute one.

  • What the machine is doing, in your own words. Technical vocabulary isn't required.
  • Whether it still starts and reaches the desktop, which decides most of what follows.
  • Whether anything on it is irreplaceable and not backed up anywhere else.
  • Roughly when it started, and anything that changed just before it did.

If the machine won't start, or a drive is making an unusual noise, stop trying. Powering a failing drive repeatedly can turn a recoverable situation into an unrecoverable one. Say so when you call and it will be handled accordingly.

Or write it down

Tell us what it's doing.

Sent straight to the person who does the work. You'll get a reply, and a call back at the number you leave.

Common questions

Asked often enough to be worth answering before you dial.

What is the fastest way to get help?
Call 702-514-0787. It is answered by the person who does the work, so you get an answer about your actual problem rather than a promise that somebody will look into it. If it is easier to type it than to say it, the form on this page goes to the same person.
What should I have ready before I call?
What the machine is doing in your own words, whether it still starts and reaches the desktop, whether anything on it is irreplaceable and not backed up, and roughly when the trouble started. None of it is required. It is the difference between a two-minute call and a ten-minute one.
Can you help if I am outside Las Vegas?
Remote support works anywhere. On-site and pickup cover Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and Boulder City, but if the problem lives in software rather than hardware then distance is not a factor and a screen share reaches you wherever you are.
What happens after I send the form?
It goes straight to the person who does the work, and you get a call back on the number you leave. The form asks for a name, a phone number and an email address, and the text-message options on it are optional — you can leave both unticked and still send it.
Does it cost anything to describe the problem?
No. The consult is free. You describe what is happening, you hear whether it is a remote job, an on-site job or something we should not take on at all, and you hear which of the three published rates would apply before you agree to anything.

Where we cover.

On-site and pickup across the valley. Remote support anywhere.

  • Las Vegas
  • North Las Vegas
  • Henderson
  • Summerlin
  • Boulder City

Outside those areas, a screen share still works. If the problem lives in software rather than hardware, distance isn't a factor.

On-site covers these five areas; remote support has no geography attached to it. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, tiles © CARTO.
