Services

Whatever it is, it's probably one of these six.

Most of what goes wrong is a machine that won't behave, files that have gone missing, a network that can't keep up, or a nagging feeling that nobody has checked the security. Below is each one, what it actually involves, and how it gets delivered — on site, by pickup, or remotely. If yours isn't here, call and ask rather than guessing.

A laptop, a small desktop tower, an external hard drive and a wifi router laid out in a row on a bench.
A workbench with a desktop tower opened to show its internal cabling, a closed laptop, a powered-off monitor and a small network switch.

However the work reaches you.

Every service above is delivered one of three ways, and which one depends on whether the problem needs hands on the hardware.

On-site · $50/hour

We come to your business or home. The only option for anything involving the building itself, like network work.

Pickup · $60 flat

We collect the machine and bring it back. Suits work that takes hours rather than minutes, like a drive that needs replacing.

Remote · $12.50/15 min

Over AnyDesk, billed by the quarter-hour. Best for software, accounts and anything cloud-based.

Common questions

The questions that come up before anything is booked.

Do you work with businesses, households, or both?
Both. The work overlaps more than the labels suggest, because a failing drive behaves the same way whoever owns it. What changes is scale and what the downtime costs. Business work more often involves networks, shared files and ongoing support; household work is more often a single machine that has stopped behaving. The same three published rates apply to either.
Which service do I need?
You don't have to decide before calling. Describing the symptom is enough, and the useful category is often not the obvious one: a computer that has slowed to a crawl might be a virus, a failing drive, or simply a machine that needs more memory, and those have different answers. The consult exists to sort that out before anything is booked.
Do you charge for a diagnosis?
The consult is free and there is no charge for describing your problem and being told what it looks like. Work itself is billed at the published rates: $50 an hour on-site, $60 flat rate for pickup, or $12.50 per fifteen minutes remotely. Those numbers are on the pricing page rather than behind a form.
Where do you cover?
On-site work covers Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and Boulder City. Remote support has no geography attached to it, so anything that can be fixed over a screen share can be handled wherever you are.
Is there a contract?
Repair work is priced per job with nothing to sign. If you're asking about an ongoing arrangement for a business, that is worth raising on the consult. The terms would be agreed with you rather than taken off a page.

Describe the problem. We will tell you which one it is.
